Not sure what you need?

A Revenue Sharing Agreement should be used if your business wants to share the revenue, (the total amount of income generated by the sale of goods and services).

A Revenue Share Agreement is different to a Profit Share Agreement which involves sharing the profit (the total amount of money received from the sale of goods and services minus the costs).

A Revenue Share Agreement should be utilised when the parties want to share revenue and have an uncomplicated sharing of money received for goods or services sold noting the business owner will still be responsible for the costs of the business unless this is made explicitly clear in the ‘Calculation of Revenue Share Fees’ section of this Revenue Share Agreement Template.

If the parties want to share profit (and properly account for and list relevant costs), then we suggest you purchase our Profit Share Agreement Template.
