This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms on which you may cancel your subscription with Business Kitz and your entitlement to a refund.
This Policy is to be read together with our Platform Terms and Conditions, which govern your access to and use of the platform, and the services and products available and advertised through the platform made available at https://app.businesskitz.com.au/ and https://app.businesskitz.com/ (“Platform”).
Depending on which plan you subscribe for on the Platform, will determine how you cancel your subscription with us and your entitlement to a refund. Please refer to our Plans and Pricing page to view our current plans.
Cancellation

Business Starter | 30 days’ written notice to cancel your subscription. | In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to email us at support@businesskitz.com.au requesting to cancel your subscription. We will then reply by email confirming your cancellation and the last day you can access the Platform. |
Business Essentials | 30 days’ written notice to cancel your subscription. | In order to cancel your subscription, you will need to email us at support@businesskitz.com.au requesting to cancel your subscription. We will then reply by email confirming your cancellation and the last day you can access the Platform. |

We will then reply by email confirming your cancellation and the last day you can access the Platform. |

Refunds
While we aim to do our best in providing you the Platform, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of use or in any other circumstances.
Your entitlement to a refund may depend on your Plan:
If you are unable to access the Platform, due to a technical issue which is the fault of Business Kitz, then we may provide you with a refund for some or all of the period in which the issue occurred. If you experience a technical issue with using or accessing the Platform, please contact us immediately in writing, with a detailed explanation of the issue by emailing support@businesskitz.com.au.
Please note that any refund requests will be determined in our sole discretion and notified to you in writing.
Coupons and Discount Codes
If you have been provided a coupon or discount code in connection with your subscription with us, please note that any refund determination will be based on the discounted price which you have paid to us, not at the full price of the Plan which you are subscribed.
We will not be responsible for or liable to you in respect of any coupon or discount codes which do not work or which have been provided to you by a third party and you will not be entitled to any refund in connection with a coupon and/or discount code.
